Cable was born in Arcata, California and enjoyed growing up among the redwoods and lagoons of northern humboldt county. After graduating from St. Bernard's High School, Cable attended Texas A&M University where he received his doctorate in nuclear engineering. Currently, Cable is involved in a number of research activities as well as a lecturer in the Nuclear Engineering department.

Allison was born in Houston, Texas and enjoyed growing up in Texas. Allison graduated from Sam Houston High School and received her civil engineering degree from Texas A&M University. Allison is a professional engineer working for TXDOT where she is excited to be designing the transportation network of tomorrow.

We are lucky that both of our kids have been able to grow in the Bryan-College Station area. We enjoy going to the children's activities including football games, dance recitals, and little league games.
